Recipe of Orsagiuliva. Delicious and very simple rolls that you will eat in one bite, special as an appetizer, accompanied by a good glass of prosecco (or an aromatic and exquisite Gewurtzstraminer)

INGREDIANTS

  • slices speck (rather fatty)
  • 4 dates without stones
  • 4 almonds
  • slices of bacon
  • 4 pitted dried plums
  • 4 walnut kernels

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put the almond in the date and the walnut in the plum.
  2. Then wrap them respectively in speck and pancetta.
  3. Put five minutes in the oven at about 160 °.
