  • and 2 teaspoons of the Sabit Dhaniya in ground form
  • 2 tablespoons of garam masala in powdered form
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt

  • About 7 to 9 green chilies of large size
  • 4 tablespoons of the ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons of the chopped ginger for garnishing
  • 4 tablespoons of the butter

Directions for the procedure:

  1. First of all, take a karahi and then heat the oil in it and then add the chicken and fry it.
  2. Then add the ginger paste into it and saute it for few minutes with constant stirring.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes into the karahi and then mix them with the help of the wooden spatula.
  4. Heat the tomatoes until their softening cause. Then, add the remaining spices into the cooking mixture and stir it.
  5. Then, in the end, add the yogurt and the green chilies.
  6. Dry the water of the chicken and then add the butter and cook the chicken on a low flame with the cover on the stove.
  7. Then, chop the 2 to 3 chilies and with the chopped ginger, spread on the chicken karahi.
